Flexible Fitness Teacher Training Course Level 1

Course Content

  • Basic movements of Parkour, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Martial Arts and Yoga on the basis of the following fitness elements: strength, flexibility, agility, speed, power, balance, coordination and endurance
  • Pranayama: importance and techniques
  • Relaxation: Physical and Mental
  • Human Body: anatomy and physiology
  • Therapeutic training:
    • Micro-movements
    • Therapeutic breathing
    • Relaxation
  • Stress relief program
  • Information about Food
  • Healthy lifestyle
