First 10 Months Training:

Online Live: First Sunday of every month you will get one online live training session for 1:30 hours till 10 months.
Training Video: You will get one recorded video every month till 10 months in which you will see the target for a month.
Assignments: You will get 12 assignments for every month. You need to submit three assignments practice with a weekly report every Sunday.
Monthly Test: You will get one monthly test every month.
Self Practice: You can practice according to your comfort (time and day) till 10 months.
Progress Report: You will see your progress through your weekly & monthly report. Your achievements will be physical, mental and teaching wise.
Strong Support: You will stay directly connected with us via WhatsApp throughout the training.

Last 2 Months Training:

Online Live: After 10 months of training, you will get next 2 months online live training.
Days & time: Monday, Wednesday and Friday | 1pm-3:30pm
Self Practice: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday | Practice with assignment: 2-3 hours each day
Certificate: You will get a certificate after successful completion of this course.
