Arti Sharma is a rare combination of humility and ambition, flexibility and strength. Growing up in a relatively conservative household on the coast of Ganga, she was new to the concept of fitness for women but her inhibitions and fears soon gave way to a prosperous career in fitness. Initially her poor fitness level seemed like a hindrance but her naturally receptive and hardworking nature aided her in becoming a successful Fitness Coach. Teaching for the past 5 years, her vision is to enable majority of the people to have access to fitness experts which she wishes to achieve by expanding Flexible Fitness Company.
